Why wasn't Chelsea Clinton fighting in Yugoslavia?

I am so sick and tired of liberal rhetoric over why Bush's daughters are not in Iraq - why should they be - military is a priviledge for under-privlidged kids from poor families to make something of themselves rather than joining gangs or working menial jobs. There is no greater honor for these people than to fight and if necessary sacrifice themselves for their nation.
