Bono The Clown

WASHINGTON - In town for a concert, U2 rock star Bono was invited to lunch with the president. White House president secretary Scott McClellan said the meeting at the executive residence would be a follow-up on talks he had with
President Bush in July at the G-8 summit in Scotland.

If there is a better example of Hollywood limousine liberal hypocrite, PLEASE TELL ME!

Bono claims to care so much for the poor. I defy any of you to find a single new article that says Bono has given any significant percentage of his income or let's say at least $10,000 to any cause!

I know you will not find it. I can find many articles of him buying million dollar mansions around the world for him to play in but nothing about him giving up some of his riches to the poor.U2 was offered 12 million to use 1 song in an commercial and the money would be donated to any cause he wanted!

This lying liberal declined the money for his own personal image!! I thought this lib cared about the poor, not enough to make him sacrifice nothing!

He says "we are not asking for your money but your voice". Well Bono, this is another one of your liberal lies! He wants your voice to pressure the politicians who in turn take your money from your paycheck with the tax increases!!! So his message that they don;t want your money is a complete LIE.

Bono charges the highest priced tickets in the business and yet we are supposed to believe he is for the poor?Anyway, I have been a longtime U2 fan and the last albums sucks bigtime. And this album Bono claimed would be the best U2 album, which again was another LIE propagated by Bono to benefit himself.

Go back and watch Bono interviews in the eighties when he said, "If I needed publicity and fame I would curse on TV to get notoriety". And now we see the last 10 years U2 music has been subpar and he is always cursing on TV now!!All this so called liberal goodwill work he does is nothing more than a mechanism for Bono to get U2 in the public eye!

The music stinks for the last 10 years and the last album was garbage. Just go read the reviews on amazon.com and you will see I tell the truth or watch this hypocrite wearing $1,500 dollar Dolce and Gabbana shades holding a dying African baby that could of been saved for about $ 50/ year and pretend to care.
